30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it.

• Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Include all original accessories, components, and packaging.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged.

• The wrong item was received.

• The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Product Inspection

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage after delivery, missing components, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after the return process has been completed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
